Yes. Seeker can use the core workspace without AI credits. Practitioner and Oracle include monthly Astra AI credits for supported AI-assisted features, but the core practice-management workspace is not dependent on AI.

Are AI credits unlimited?

No. Seeker includes 0 AI credits/month. Practitioner includes 50 AI credits/month. Oracle includes 100 AI credits/month.

How is Oracle annual billed?

Oracle annual is billed at $499 every year. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown during Wix checkout.

Where do I log in after signing up?
